Why Dog Parents Should Be Thankful

FIVE REASONS TO BE THANKFUL FOR YOUR DOGS THIS CHRISTMAS

1. DOGS LOVE TO SNUGGLE

No matter how big or small your dog may be they're all mushes and just love to cozy up to you on the couch nice and close and comfy….puts a great big smile on my face eveery time.

2. DOGS GET OUR BODIES GOING

Whether your walking or running around playing with your dog, they definitely get us going.  They take us to parks and paths and fields to play that we probably would never think of going to and don't forget the bending in the yard and elswhere that they get you to do when your picking up their poop.

3. DOGS ARE UP FOR ANYTHING

No matter what activity you want to do, your dog is ready and willing  to participate,  whether it's hiking, swimming, running or just going for a ride in the car, your dog is right there…you can bet on that for sure.

4. DOGS ARE EASY TO PLEASE

Your dog doesn't really need anything much to be happy…just a stick, ball or frizbee. They teach us that the best things in life are simple…keep mommy or daddy happy and a chance to play with you.  Oh, frineds and familly are a nice thing too.

5. DOGS GIVE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

All our pet want is to feel and be loved and you can be absolutely sure they will give you unconditional love, never hold a grudge, forget that we've had a bad day and ignored them or any other thing that comes along.  Our dogs are crazy in love with us and let us know that every single day in one way or another.

So, this Christmas when we are all giving and receiving gifts remmber your furry four-legged babies,  because they're always there for us when your feeling down, tired, lonely afraid or sad.   They're there for us no matter what and always are ready to cheer us up by  licking your tears away or kiss you to make you feel loved or just lay their head on your lap to comfort you when your feeling sad and lonely….OR any  or all of these things just because your you! In other words, they're the gift that keeps on giving!
